This one is stale, having been replaced at the end of April by
blackhole.mail-abuse.org.
Also, dialups.mail-abuse.org has replaced Paul's dul..., and
relays.mail-abuse.org does what it sounds like (it's not as aggressive as
ORBS). See
www.mail-abuse.org.
I don't know what may be up with ORBS (one could certainly imagine a hacked
web site...there are people who don't much like ORBS but one could imagine
other things, as well).
