[Exim] Exim 3.22

Hi,

I'm running exim 3.22 on the red hat 7.0 as the mail server.The problem that i'm facing is that i could not send mail to local user but externally is possible.The error that i get is as such

i feel it could be some configuration problem in my exim.conf file.
