Yeah - I was going to mail about this this a/noon. Suffice it to say that
there is not a problem with Exim (unsurprisingly) or amavis. The problem was
the config of the Convert::TNEF source RPM that I downloaded and compiled -
part of PLD linux. It did not package up the "autoload" stuff for the module,
and that is where amavis + TNEF was bombing out.
As such, the problem was mine. Thanks go to Lars and Douglas (Wilson - of
Convert::TNEF module fame :) for tracking this down, and pointing out that
it was my fault :^)
