[Exim] Basic setup question

Hi,
I'm new to exim and would appreciate sugguestions on how to best set it up
to accept only specific user/domain combinations,
e.g. john@??? fred@??? joe@???
- of course none of these people would have accounts on the MTA machine
which would be mail.jkl.com
