[Exim] Feature request

I would like to request a feature in exim;

an easy way to specify regex patterns to block - add possibly log somewhere.
a way to block email that goes has mulitple recipients that look like several permutations of the same email address
    (ex: su, susan, sue all @ somehost.com)
    (ex: bob, bobby, robert, bo, bob12, MrBob @ somehost.com)
    - I have gotten alot of spam that comes from both, especially the second
