if you mean email thats sitting on the queue to go out then you could try :
set exim up on same box and stop postfix, then run exim.
then setup postfix to send all its mail sitting in the queue to exim (in a
like a send queue only mode) and wolah mail converted, bit dirty but should
work :)

Though I have no idea about postfix.
