[Exim] Router question

hi

When using a domainlist router, is it possible to use both route_query and
route_list together, with a condition statement. The reason I ask is
because I have the following config, and the router matches all messages,
but when I comment out the route_list the correct messages match, but it
is acting as a smarthost, so it defeats the object. No doubt I'm doing it
completely wrong, but a pointer in the right direction would be grateful.

route_list = "* host byname"
condition = condition statement
