[Exim] Relay setting

OK. I posted to this group a while back, and now I figured out what the
problem was.

Our provider recently started blocking port 25 traffic to external hosts,
other than its own.

Where in the Exim configuration do I set Exim to forward all mail to the
provider's SMTP mail server?
