None, that I can see and since host_reject isn't expanded you can't do a
conditional test either. However, it seems that host_reject on its own (i.e.
with no filename at all) is acceptable. In situations where we have wanted
to keep the configure files the same but have a file on one system and not
on another, we have used a macro defined at the top of the configure file,
and specify the macro name in the option. Why doesn't the file exist?
