Mailman supports multiple virtual domains as long as you don't need to
enforce strict separation or have different lists with the same names
in different domains.

So one Mailman installation happily handles correctly the wylug lists
at list.wylug.org.uk which happens to be exactly the same as exim.org
where the exim lists are handled.... you can send to
exim-users@???. If this is a problem to you then you need to
do more work.

One solution would be see if you can delve into the Mailman list
config.db and see if the "domain this list prefers" matches the domain.
This would be relatively simple to add to the python submission code.
However handling *disparate* exim-users@??? and
exim-users@??? is beyond this configuration (unless you want
to rewrite all the addresses to have the domain suffixed on when
injecting and rewrite all outcoming mail to have that damage put back
again - not worth it.
