The "Testing for personal mail" section of the exim filter manual
http://www.exim.org/exim-html-3.20/doc/html/filter_22.html#SEC22
might give you some more ideas; it defines a condition "personal"
for use in filters.
Unfortunately the only reference to the "personal" condition
that I can find in spec.txt says that it can't be used in system
filters (with many recipients it ceases to be meaningful).
