Arrgghhh!

Just sussed it. I'd got an older copy of the exim binary as
/usr/lib/sendmail which didn't understand ignore_target_hosts. I've since
replaced it with a link to the current exim binary

I can't see a problem, so I guess my brain has also ceased to function.
Do you get the same error when you test the configuration with -C?
