[Exim] 200 OK

Can I enforce Exim to use SMTP protocol for a remote site?

When my Exim 3.22 say "EHLO" to the remote. It answer "200 OK".
After the "MAIL FROM" command, the remote server say "503"
Error...and "QUIT".

SMTP<< 503 please introduce yourself, first
SMTP>> QUIT

Why is this error in the communication flow?
With every other site my Exim works fine.
