Well, it seems that some MTAs queue things up, but others bounce
immediately. That's why I organised the back-up MX really.

All my MX are belong to me!
I could get backup MX on a different host, also running Exim. Guess there's
no way to implement a blocking file for my domain that that MTA could check
before sending messages to my MTA?
