I add:
headers_add = "${if def:authenticated_id { X-Authenticated: $authenticated_id }}"
to the remote_smtp transport, since I do that people receiving mime messages
and using Outlook are unable to see the atachment. With Netscape I can perfectly
see the atachment, but Outlook uses can't. I'm also usign add_headers on the
scanmails_pipe (antivirus) trasnport without this effect. Maybe Outlook gets
fooled by the order in wich the headers appear ??
