[Exim] Mail-Followup-To rewrite support

I'm doing some header munging for some mailing lists, and everything works
fine (I'm rewriting To: to another address to redirect answers) except
that MUAs like mutt have a nice list-reply feature that introduces a
Mail-Followup-To: header which exim can't easily rewrite.

It'd be real nice if exim had a rewrite letter (like 'M') to offer rewriting
on the Mail-Followup-To header.
