I think that macro viruses sent in encrypted mail containing word files
that have been infected is more likely.

Thanks for correcting that - it was a typing mistake. It was a little
while ago when the article was written. The only thing that has
changed since then is an increase in the number of viruses caught,
particularly Emmanuel, and the announced scanning has been introduced
in addition.

I'll look into it. The article was written for our Information Services
Bulletin, whichI thought was going to be available in both. I'll ask
the editors; if they don't do it I suppose I'll do it myself.
