The following error is showing up, periodically, in my syslog.

Mar 26 09:43:56 portal exim[10071]: 2001-03-26 09:43:56 14hZ9v-0002cQ-00
failed to open DB file /var/spool/exim/db/wait-remote_smtp: Invalid
argument
