I'm curious, since you went with O'Reilly as a publisher, what file
format did you use to submit the book to O'Reilly? O'Reilly seems to
be big on SGML/XML and DocBook but I've read over some of their author
guidelines and they do accept other formats.
Plus, I'm glad that O'Reilly is publishing your book. O'Reilly seems
to me to be the best publisher of computer books out there.
