My test version compiles with openldap 2.0.6 and Berkeley DB 3.1.14.
I have openssl 0.9.6 installed for TLS, but I don't know if LDAP is
using it.

This runs simple LDAP tests (on a local slapd server), but I've not
tried more than that. However, it doesn't crash on start up...
