Actually yet another problem I noticed, is that Outlook 2000, after some
patches will do authentication improperly. Though I don't know which patch
it was.
But Outlook 2000 out of the box will work, and once one of the patches was
installed (I forget), it would cease to authenticate properly, though it does
attempt to do so.
