[Exim] exim problem with reciving mail

my exim when i try to send e-mail is waiting couple minutes
it looks something like this

[root@ns] [~] > t localhost 25
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
---and after few minutes waiting..----
220-ns.grupa.com ESMTP Exim 3.20 #1 Fri, 16 Mar 2001 20:20:28 +0100
and sometimes i dont even get resonse it just reject me..
i dont have any rules in hosts.deny
and in exim log evrything looks normal
