The 12 most significant bits, i.e. the mask is 255.250.0.0 in your
example (or FFF00000 in hex). So 10.10.10.0/12 would match 10.0.0.0 to
10.15.255.255. (And is confusing, because the simplest way to write it
is 10.0.0.0/12.)
