[Exim] Re: No transport provider with cc in outlook clients

I have a wierd problem

On some outlook machines when someone sends a cc to someone the message
does not get sent with a
"no transport provider available" message

When the same person sends the same message on the same machine to each
person individually (no cc) there are no problems

Anyone any ideas
