The only DNS lookup that that configuration will do is for hydmr.bplnet.com
and then only if your operating system goes to the DNS from gethosbyname().
You could prevent even that by using an IP address instead of the
smarthost name.
[Note that the second router (lookuphost) will never be run, because the
first one matches every domain.]
