[Exim] Filtering old jokes? hmmmm....

I just received YET ANOTHER copy of the old "because you're too f***ing
stupid to own a computer" story. Makes me wonder how difficult it would be
to write system filtering to catch and bounce some of the old yawners, with
some appropriate message.
