[Exim] simple authentication question

I want to setup simple SMTP username/password authentication for outlook
express users. Ideally, I would like one global username/password used by
all users of the system (only 3) and stored in plaintext in the exim config.

Can anyone help me with the necessary configuration? I'm having problems
interpreting the docs on this.
