Sujet: [Exim] check host_accept_relay from script?

I have an address in a local domain that I catch with a special director
and send to a specific pipe transport..

I need to be able to tell if the sender_host_address was in
host_accept_relay (the domain is local, so the message is accepted
anyway)

I can call exim -bP host_accept_relay to get the value of that setting,
but is there any way to do the same check that exim does when it is
relaying, and just come up with a yes or no?

I still want to receive the message, even if the host is not in
host_accept_relay, this is for an 'email tester' that will do some
debugging on why people cant send mail/etc.. I plan to send back a
message with various info and suggestions that I can some up with.. One
of them needs to be wether they would be able to relay through our
hosts.
