[Exim] system filter and non ascii names

Hi,

I've written about this few days ago, but it was probably unclear.

The Generic Windows Executable Content filter doesn't work for executables
with any non-ascii characters. Filenames get encoded and there is no point
in trying to find an "exe" in such, encoded, (?:file)?name= part.

It cannot be so rare - people from France, Germany can use iso-8859-1 for
ther files, and there must be someone from Poland, Chech Republic or maybe
Slovenia .... using iso-8859-2 like me?
