[Exim] Ehancement request: configurable msgs

I was looking at configureing the text of some parts of exim.
Specifically text that is output by exim into emails when there is an
abnormal condition. Would it be possible to request author move all of
this content out into a separate config file with some format like:

conditionTag "TXT of MSG"
