See what nym.alias.net and such use (admittedly, in qmail, but there should be
a way to do it in exim). Then use a webmail interface for this, protected by a
password. It'll make life all the more simpler for you as you just have to
concentrate on the anonymization part rather than relay control (which is
difficult, as spammers forge sender envelopes all the time)
