[Exim] does rbl_domains work with lookups ?

The manual / specification isn't as clear on this, or I have yet to learn to
read.

Can I use a ${lookup ...} in rbl_domains to support an opt-in/opt-out system
for either per-domain or per-mail address in a virtual hosting environment ?
Anyone doing this ?

I would like to offer the option to choose which RBL systems and whether to
reject/warn etc. on a configurable basis.
