[Exim] timeout on client connect

When i try to send any mail, no matter how small through exim from remote
computer (ie standard: Outlook Express, Nestscape on Win98 and Exim on
Potato) i have to wait over 60 seconds before it responds. Exim is running
as a deamon with 5 minutes queue, and only few persons use it.
Why does it take so long?
