Sheepishly, i admit that i penned [3] more with tongue in cheek than
with any real expectation that it should or would be done....
Also sheepishly, i admit that i know smeg-all about writing and
submitting RFCs.
Still, it might be an interesting exercise. After all, we have 'IP
over Avian Carriers with Quality of Service' (RFC2549), and this, while
less broad a topic, is certainly a bit more related to real life.
I'll have a look into it.
