This makes you into an open relay. Do not do it.

This will never be tested because all domains are in relay_domains.

Sender addresses are trivially forged. However, this also won't be
tested, because all domains are in relay_domains. The manual isn't
clear on this; sender_address_relay applies only to "outgoing" relaying.
