Errm, don't you mean ln -s /path/to/exim /usr/lib/sendmail ?? as I
understand it,
ln, mv and cp are hard links to the same code so their arguments are source
and target
in that order. In this case, the exim binary is the source and
/usr/lib/sendmail is the target
(unlike Data General's AOS/VS which for some inexplicable reason had the
command COPY target source )
