ln -s /usr/lib/sendmail /path/to/exim
(actually /usr/lib/sendmail is probably a link, you'll have to find the
real binary).
One thing to watch out for is that you might have things still hanging out
in your sendmail queue, so you will need to make sure that you have a real
sendmail (not exim) queuing only daemon running until that is cleared.
