This information can only be obtained by scanning the logs, because Exim
is not a single process. Anybody who wants to can write a process that
"tails" the logs and extracts this information - but nobody has
published such a thing yet. I'm sure the Exim community would welcome it
if somebody did this. I do not myself have the time.

This is already done for bounce messages and warning messages. Are you
talking about any other messages?
