[Exim] outlook express 5 mailing lists and bcc

Hi

It look list Microsoft Outlook Express does some naughty things with the To: field when sending to mailing lists or using BCC.

Exim balks at it. Is their a "fix" or workaround available?

My solution was to beat msoe.dll into submission with a hex editor.
