The patch will add only one option: authenticate_bounces. It is not
set by default. If set, it authenticates bounces with exim's UID as
authentic ID and the authentic address mailer-daemon@???.

Btw, thanks for including my last patches in 3.22. I just upgraded and
things work fine!
