[Exim] forwarding email for a domain?

I am wundering weather it is possible with exim to forward any email
addressed to a spacific domain
for example say we had domain dialupbox.com for which my exim server is
the MX for but I want it to forward all mail for that domain to a dialup
user, then how would I do that on a domain bases only.


If the dialup connection is down the n I would want exim to hold the
email until it is back online.

Can this be done?
