One way of doing this is to monitor a client's connection. We monitor the
Radius logs. When a connection is detected an attempt is made to deliver
mail for that client.
An alternative method is to write a daemon that tests the SMTP connection to
the client. This could probably be implemented fairly easily using Perl.
