I have a question that I didn't see any answer to mentioned in the
documentation. (Not that it isn't there...).
Things local
local_domains and other configuration "variables" that are exim config
variables and not router, transport, etc specific. If the values are in a
file instead of hard coded in the exim conf file, doe the files get read
just once on exim startup or everytime a new mail comes in?
Obviously lookups in a director or router or transport would have to be
refreshed each time they are processed, but things like exim wide config
variables that can be lists stored in files. It is not obvious to me how
that would work without a clear answer.
