I have revised the planning document in the light of comments received.
There have been quite a lot of changes and additions, so if you are
interested, please look at the latest version in
ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/Exim4Plan.html
New and changed text is indicated by a green font, so you should be able
to find it easily.
There seems to be general approval for many of the proposals, so I may
start working on this fairly soon.
