If you configure it appropriately, it will. See the documentation for
details on what needs to be configured. There's a whole section devoted to
controlling relaying.
Also 3.03 is almost 18 months old now. You'd be much better off using the
latest release (3.21) to support some nice features like SMTP AUTH.
