[Exim] Rewriting of addresses (at SMTP time)

Hello,

I'm glad to announce that with a bit of sweat, a lot of perl programming,
and a bit of midnight oil, I have a relaying solution that does use
POP-before-SMTP.

I think a window of 10 minutes is roughly enough, although the maximum time
window is roughly 14 minutes. I'd say that is more than enough.
