If you set this, do please let us know the IP address of your mailer,
so we can immediately submit you to the ORBS and the MAPS RSS, as this
would make you a wide open relay.

Again, you need to list the _specific_ IP hosts and/or networks from
which you will accept mail for relay to the world. If this is a dynamic
and unknown set (eg, your users dial in from many different foreign
ISP's), then SMTP AUTH is what you really what (or POP-before-SMTP,
which is works with more clients, but is a bit 'clunkier')
