unless, of course, by "suspend" Gareth means:
instruct exim to stop delivering mail to/from a local user
to make exim stop delivering mail "to" the account you can use
account: :fail: message
or
account: :balckhole:
in the alias file;
I don't know if it is possible to make exim stop delivering mail "from"
a local user once the user has logged in;
