[Exim] Using exim to flush a sendmail queue

Thanks for everyone's help with my last set of questions.

Is it standard/possible to flush a sendmail queue (qf/df format) using
exim or is it necessary to convert the queue first? If is it necessary to
convert the queue, are there standard tools to do this?
