http://www.mail-abuse.org/rbl and http://www.mail-abuse.org/dul will do the
trick (after which, a lot of log-watching + local blacklisting takes care of
the rest) :)

Otherwise, "content-based" filters for spamming are a big risk, IMHO at least.
